Registration
To register your delegation, please follow the enclosed Instructions for on-line registration.
The deadline for the registration is 16 March 2009.
Badges
Security badges will be distributed when the delegations arrive in the hotel during the check–in process. We kindly ask you to wear the badges at all times during the entire meeting programme. Please report immediately any loss of security badges to the organizers.
Meals
Dinner on Wednesday, 22 April, lunches on Thursday, 23 April and on Friday, 24 April will be served at the restaurant at the TOP Hotel Praha. Dinner on 23 April is arranged at the SEN restaurant near Chateau Konopiště.
Interpretation
English and French language simultaneous interpretation will be provided during the plenary sessions.
